CAREGiver of the Month, March 2017: Charles T

The staff’s unanimous choice for March’s CAREGiver of the Month is Hondo T. Staff members

say that Hondo is one of the hardest working CAREGivers on our team. He has been a

terrific help to Mr. and Mrs. S whose daughter said that because of Hondo’s care, her

parents have gone from frail to sturdy.

According to Geoffrey, Mr. S’s daughter,

“Hondo is a very special, understanding and intelligent. He is able to understand what dad needs and his approach is exactly what my dad responds to. My dad is a very proud, independent person and is not comfortable accepting care from most people. There is so much value in how Hondo communicates with him. Hondo is kind, he smiles, they talk and he can read in between the lines and knows just what to do to assist my dad. Hondo is always nearby and ready to respond to his needs during the night and is always prepared. Hondo and my dad get along very well. Hondo is intuitive and genuine.”
